Hi Beautiful!
Today I want to share with you the products and techniques I use to get an everyday simple makeup look. Nothing too dramatic, just simplicity and softness.

Here is the pictorial of the look. Fewer words, more pictures.
First things first, before applying any makeup product, make sure that your face and hands are clean.
- Always apply a moisturizing cream before priming.
- Apply primer to minimize the appearance of pores and smoothing the skin .

Benefit Cosmetics: The POREfessional |
- After applying primer, now is the time to apply your foundation.
During summer I prefer to use a light foundation with a little bit of shimmer to
have that healthy summer glow. Here I mix two foundations to get the glowing effect. Apply the foundation with the TraditionalFoundation Brush.
Revlon PhotoReady Skinlights Face Illuminator & Maybelline Drem Liquid Mousse Foundation |
- Apply a concelear, and blend it with a Stippling Brush or a damp sponge.
M.A.C Cosmetics: Mineralized Concealer |
- I prefer to use the foundation that is much darker than my skin color to get a contoured look. I apply it where I want to contour my face and blend it with a stippling brush as well.
Maybelline Fit Me Shine-Free Foundation Stick (#335) |
-
I don't usually powder my whole face, however I use dark powder to go
over the contoured parts to define my cheekbones even more.
M.A.C Cosmetics: Studio Fix Powder NW50 |
-
Apply a blush. I preffer applying it above my bronzer, but you can use it on apples of your cheeks as well.
M.A.C Cosmetics: Blush "Gingerly" |
-
After I am done with my foundation and contouring, I start with my eyes by
applying the eye shadow primer.
M.A.C Cosmetics: Painterly Eye Shadow Primer |
- Blend
the crease line with the clean Blending Brush
-Apply
lighter color on the center and inner corner of your lid to make them appear more awake.
- Blend
the eyeshadows together to get rid of the harsh lines and soften the look.
- Apply
mascara the way you prefer to finish with the eyes.
L'Oreal Voluminous Power 24 H |
And here is the finished look: Soft eyes with a clean polished face. And don't forget to smile because no amount of makeup can fix a sad face.

You remind me of amrezy from instagram - you are closely familiar with makeup techniques and, what I like the most, you are not afraid to show your natural babyface.
