Dream Matte Mousse

Hi there! How 've you been?
I’ve been debating if I should write a post about Dream Matte Mousse foundation by Maybelline or  not, cause I can not tell whether I totally like this product. After a long time thinking about it,  I decided to share my thoughts about the product.

First, I should say, this foundation is light and offers little coverage. Dream Matte Mousse foundation would suit people who don't want any real coverage on their face. A thin layer of this foundation on the skin is good for everyday use.

The texture of Dream Matte Mousse foundation is a little bit dry. The thing that I don’t like about this product is that when applying it on the face it doesn’t go very smoothly. However, I just love the final result after managing applying it. As being said, the texture is dry. Therefore,  this foundation will suit people with combination and oily skin types.

Smooth and matte face is guaranteed at the end. Stay beautiful!

Ombre Pink Lips

Hi our dear readers!

Fatya & I prepared for you a short video where we showed how you can make ombre lips in 5 minutes. Literally!
For this ombre color combination, we used dark purple color, pink and any light/ white color. The only tool that you need is a lip defining brush. Two lip brushes are even better, you will know why.
Steps:
1. Apply pink (here: MAC Candy Yum-Yum) on your lips avoiding the center and contour lines of your lips.
2. Apply dark purple (here: Rimmel 04) on your contour lines.
3. Take a lip defining brush and blend contour lines and pink lipstick together keeping the contour darker. Apply more lipstick if you see that you can’t really distinguish the shades. Make it more visible.
4. Apply light/white color (here: white eye pencil by NYX) on the center of your lips.
5. Take clean lip defining brush (this is why we need two lip defining brushes) and blend lines of the white and pink colors.
5 minutes, 5 steps and Ombre lips are ready!

Products:

M.A.C "Candy Yum-Yum"
Rimmel Lasting Finish by Kate Lipstick 04
NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil 604 Milk
elf Lip Defining Brush

Finished Result:  Purple-Pink Ombre Lips

Grey & Pink

Hi dears!

Here is the pictorial of the makeup, using grey eyeshadow and pink lips. It is a great look for the daytime, or for those who do not like dramatic evening makeup, this look can work as an evening as well.

To do the face for this look I used the same products, brushes and technique as I did for my previous pictorial. So now I want to share the products that I used to get the eyes and lips done. For this eye makeup, I mostly used my fingers because I used the creamy eyeshadow. So it is an easy way to get eyes done.

As soon as I am done with my face I start doing my eyes by applying an eye primer by MAC.

After applying the primer I start applying the grey creamy eyeshadow by Maybelline. I apply it on my outer corner of the eye lid using my finger.

Using my blending brush I blend it all to get rid of the harsh lines.

And here comes the time to do an eyeliner to define the eyes by using one of my favorite eyeliners by Inglot.

The last thing is a mascara and you are done with the eyes. I am using the mascara by L'oréal to add more volume to my lashes.

To finish the look add soft pink lipstick and voilà!Here I am using Revlon ColorBurst Matte Balm (Elusive #205)

And here is the finished look:  Soft grey eyeshadow with soft pink lips.
And don't forget to smile because no amount of makeup can fix a sad face.
